Adjunct Professor Johnason Lo has gained tremendous popularity as the director of visual arts at 25th Golden Melody Awards

Johnason Lo, Adjunct Professor in Department of design, Chief Creative Officer in JL DESIGN, has gained tremendous popularity as the director of visual arts

at 25th Golden Melody Awards!

JL DESIGN has brought up the idea of “Graphic Beats” as the main visual concept. Over the past 25 years, it symbolizes a rest in music and a starting point to

the next bar, like musicians who serve as a link between past and future. As a great event of 25th Golden Melody Awards, JL DESIGN originated a

transboundary collaboration of Motion×Graphic. Through distinctive nomination films, Graphic designers and motion graphic designers expressed every award

with their special visual perspective.

Among the working group, students from Department of Design were influenced by Director Lo’s professional achievement and resources. Director Lo has

had a great influence toward the department.
