In addition to implementing the \u201dMOE Program in Human Resource Development for Colleges of Arts and Design\u201d , the MOE, since 2005, has initiated the \u201dMOE Scholarship Program for Overseas Study in Arts and Design\u201d as well as the \u201dMOE Award Incentive Program\u201d to encourage college students to participate in international arts and design competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2010, the \u201dTaiwan International Student Design Competition\u201d is held after the \u201dTaiwan international Design Competition\u2013the Student Section\u201d in 2008 &amp; 2009. It integrates the competitive edges of MOE art and design talent fostering programs. By hosting international student design competitions, \u201dTaiwan International Design Competition-the Student Section\u201d, additionally encourages art and design students world-wide to participate in contests, which can utilize media and advertisements to promote Taiwan; the program allows international judges or panelists and award winners to advertise the successes of Taiwan\u2019s art and design education programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tisdc.org\/\">https:\/\/www.tisdc.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Golden Pin Design Award<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"277\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.design.ntnu.edu.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/OTHER_20230101_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14384\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Golden Pin Design Award<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 1981, Taiwan\u2019s Golden Pin Design Award is the most influential design award in the global Huaren market. The planning and handling of the awards, the prize-giving ceremony, and all other related events are executed by Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI). In 2015, the Golden Pin Design Award launched three separate award competitions \u2013 the Golden Pin Design Award, the Golden Pin Concept Design Award, and the Young Pin Design Award. While each award targets a different demographic, the purpose of each is to commend outstanding innovation in design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
